1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a matrimonial alliance under Indian law. You may register for yourself or on behalf of a family member only with their knowledge and consent.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your phone number secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful profile information. Misrepresentation, fake profiles, harassment, or misuse may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

• One account per person unless admin approves otherwise
• No impersonation or use of another person's photos/documents
• No scraping, spam, or automated access to the platform
• Respectful communication with other members and families

3. Matrimony service scope

We provide a platform to discover and connect with potential life partners. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or any specific outcome. Families are solely responsible for verification, horoscope matching, and decisions beyond what our platform offers.

Relationship Manager (RM) services, where offered, are advisory and curated recommendation services — not legal or financial advice.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, features, and prices are shown on the Plans page and may change with notice. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By purchasing a plan you also agree to our Refund Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload but grant us a licence to display them to other members according to your privacy settings and plan features. Platform design, branding, and software remain our property.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not post obscene, defamatory, or illegal content; solicit money; promote unrelated businesses; or attempt to bypass privacy controls. We may remove content and report serious violations to authorities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasaragod Matrimony is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, member interactions, or offline meetings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other members. Provisions that should survive termination (privacy, liability limits, governing law) will remain in effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kasaragod / Kerala shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.
